usually if you are trying for the g-spot and she has the urge to urinate, it isn't that she has to pee but to ejaculate. My wife is a "squirter" and many times when I stimulate her g-spot area she gets the feeling like she has to pee.

If your girlfriend is a squirter then she will have some excellent orgasms when she lets it out. There will be a very different smell if it is her ejaculating....can't explain the smell exactly since all people are different but you will be able to tell a difference from her "cum" and pee
