Miss Behavin'
10-28-2003, 11:33 PM
I'll begin by asking a question that anyone will be able to answer -- One that will reveal something about the person who replies. The person who answers will ask a question in return. And so forth.

Hopefully we will get to know a little bit about each other as we play.

As an example, questions may begin with:

What do you think of...

Have you ever...

Are you...

Would you...

What if...

First question: What is your favorite place to be kissed -- not counting on the mouth?

dicksbro
10-29-2003, 05:05 AM
So many places ... so little time :D

The neck is nice.

What is your favorite time of the day?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-29-2003, 05:32 AM
Early morning, when things are quiet and my children are still asleep.

What keeps you awake at night?

rockintime
10-29-2003, 05:39 AM
Very darn little...I'm a good sleeper...but tonight it's Pixies games...lol.

What famous person would you like to meet and why?

dicksbro
10-29-2003, 05:55 AM
Tony Blair. I really have enjoyed the times I've heard him speak and think highly of him. I think he'd be a neat person to know.

What do you like to do on vacations?

rockintime
10-29-2003, 10:04 AM
Sightseeing and getting to really know the area.

How did you find out about Pixies?

Sugarsprinkles
10-29-2003, 10:11 AM
Found it as a link for erotic stories.

When you initiate sex with your partner, do you always start out the same way?

rockintime
10-29-2003, 10:26 AM
No…variety is the spice of life.

If you had to pick ONE…do your prefer sex in (a) the morning; (b) midday, or (c) at night?

WildIrish
10-29-2003, 10:33 AM
In the morning is more visually stimulating, but it's very liberating at night...in the dark!

Have you ever been caught pleasuring yourself?

Steph
10-29-2003, 10:53 AM
My S/O seems a movement to that area and assumes I'm pleasuring myself. I haven't been caught by a parent or anyone, though.

What's your favourite part of Pixies?

dicksbro
10-29-2003, 12:16 PM
Would anyone be surprised if I said the games? (Although pictures of the ladies is a very close second!)

When you're not at Pixies, and you're not making love ... what's your favorite pasttime?

SuccubusKitty
10-29-2003, 12:48 PM

WildIrish
10-29-2003, 02:32 PM
Yes...my whole life. Well, most of it. ha ha

Have you ever made your own soap?

Miss Behavin'
10-29-2003, 02:36 PM
Not sure if that is good or bad -- the panties thing. ;)

Yes, many years ago. Candles as well.

Honey, whipped cream or candle wax?

WildIrish
10-29-2003, 02:38 PM
Candle wax is my new best friend.

When you're away from your S/O for longer than a week, do you pleasure yourself or wait for their return?

Miss Behavin'
10-29-2003, 02:41 PM
Considering that I am on my own, I pleasure myself.

Did your name come from that fine wine, Richard's Wild Irish Rose?

WildIrish
10-29-2003, 02:53 PM
I'm of Irish decent, and that nick was taken. My nick also is an abbreviated version of my email address.

Do you have any pets? Details please.

Steph
10-29-2003, 03:08 PM
I have an old chocolate Lab and a young, insane cat. The best thing about being on crutches is the cat is afraid of them :)

What's your dream vacation?

Maid of Marvels
10-29-2003, 03:10 PM
There is a seven month old white miniature Schnauzer named Maggie who calls me her human. She was a gift from Tibvo. (They are both quite fond of bossing me around.)

What's your favorite position?

tony44
10-29-2003, 03:54 PM

If you won the lottery, would you tell anyone?

rockintime
10-29-2003, 04:59 PM
You bet...that's got to be part of the fun...and besides I want to win such a BIG one that there would be no way for others not to find out.

How have you improved yourself during the past year?

dancingrugger
10-30-2003, 12:00 AM
I volunteered for Christmas in April (like habitat for humanity but more local)

When was the last time you did something you were really ashamed of?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-30-2003, 01:50 PM
I told a little white lie to my boss recently. Didn't hurt anything in the grand scheme of things, and I only did it to get out of having to make a drive I didn't want to on a day I was very tired. Still...

When do you feel most at peace?

dicksbro
10-30-2003, 04:21 PM
Almost sounds too serious for Pixies, but when I'm at church. Something very comforting for me there.

When do you feel most anxious?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-30-2003, 04:23 PM
When I am uncertain about someone or something or the future. Pretty much all of the time, really...well, except when I have someone relaxing me by running his fingers through my hair. :)

What is your favorite memory of high school?

WildIrish
10-30-2003, 04:28 PM
As much as I'd like to say "banging the crap outta some ditzy cheerleader" that just isn't me. ha ha

Going to the Snowball Dance, where the girls ask the guys. Someone who had hidden their feelings very well asked me. I had a great time, and NO...we didn't DO IT! Just had a really good time at the dance.

What's your favorite color?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-30-2003, 04:35 PM
Blue. Always has been, except for those couple of years after I begged my parents to paint my bedroom purple. To be more specific, of course, blue as can be found in the University of Kentucky Wildcats colors, the best basketball program ever created on the face of the earth.

No, I'm not biased. :D

What do you like most about yourself?

WildIrish
10-30-2003, 04:45 PM
My abililty to make pretty much anyone laugh. Not that I'm biased. ha ha

If you could only change one thing about your house, what would it be?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-30-2003, 05:12 PM
The kitchen. I have a galley kitchen, which makes clean up really, really easy. It's also kind of nice because not everyone can hang out in the kitchen while you're cooking. However, if the refrigerator door is open, no one can walk through...and try cooking a large dinner for guests. :D

Describe your best friend, growing up or today--your pick.

paprclphd
10-30-2003, 06:56 PM
My best friend is a chick I roomed with in college. We sort of got stuck with each other and found out that we are like sisters! She is close enough to me to call her my sister and I wouldn't trade her for the world!

Might be a repeat but:

What's your favorite place to have sex and why?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-30-2003, 07:06 PM
You know, I'm not sure I have a favorite place. Obviously (as I have small children) most of my sexual encounters *do* take place in the bedroom, but I have been fortunate enough to have other encounters with a bit more variety. For me, the most important factor is who I'm with and the feelings involved.

Which holiday do you hate the most?

paprclphd
10-30-2003, 07:08 PM
I am not to fond of Halloween. I am the biggest scardy cat in the whole entire world. I don't get into the costumes and I would cry all the way through a haunted house. I usually get a kick out of the kids that come by but once that is done I lock the doors and go to bed! I am such a party pooper! LOL!

Following IAKG's lead:

What is your FAVORITE holiday and why?

BlondeCurlGirl
10-30-2003, 10:05 PM
Christmas. It is the one time of year when we can gather with our extended family and just spend time together since we live so far away from all them. Unfortunately I won't be able to go out to my grandmother's for Christmas so I will likely be pretty depressed about it this year.

As a child, when you said, "I want to be a ______ when I grow up," what was the answer and why?

dancingrugger
10-31-2003, 03:46 AM
I've always wanted to be a forensic pathologist. Of course I didn't know those words when I was little, I just knew I wanted to do autopsies ... needless to say my family worried bout me a lil.

Speaking of family, what was the last conversation you had with your mother about?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-31-2003, 06:57 AM
I haven't talked to my mother in about two months. Long story...suffice it to say I'm not sure I can handle it at this point. The conversation was about her expectations, I guess you could say.

What was your favorite school lunch?

paprclphd
10-31-2003, 09:22 AM
Pizza, corn, and fruit!

My grandmother was the "lunch lady" and always made sure that we had my favorite meal at least once a week from kindergarten all the way to graduation.

What are you going to be this Halloween?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-31-2003, 09:33 AM
I'm going to be a karaoke girl. :)

Actually, our Halloween was last night, for some reason. I was designated candy-hander-outer. Unfortunately/fortunately, we only had two stop by for some reason this year, after a stellar year last year. Go figure. :D

If you could have one super power, what would it be?

Steph
10-31-2003, 10:32 AM

"Don't poke the bear!"

Who taught you the most important lesson you've learned?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-31-2003, 03:10 PM
Not sure I can think of just one person. I have had many experiences in my life, good and bad, in which I've learned something, and which have taught me to be the person I am. My senior AP composition teacher, though, taught me not to be afraid of the person I am. Even though I might be different, have different thoughts, opinions, a different background, whatever, I should be proud of who I am and embrace that.

What do you wish for more than anything?

WildIrish
10-31-2003, 03:16 PM
Inner peace - the few times I've had it, I was happy.

If you could wrap up a gift of anything in the world, what would it be...and who would you give it to?

If you could go back to any point in your life and change something, what would it be?

WildIrish

What's the last thing you gave up due to lack of time? And would you pick it up again if you could?

IAKaraokeGirl
10-31-2003, 03:48 PM
The first thing that popped into my head was volunteering at the local Crisis and Information Center. I volunteered about 10 hours a week several years ago, answering phones, talking to people in need. Callers would ask about anything from community referrals to just needing someone to listen. The suicide callers were a bit tricky, but fortunately we all had received training, and the other volunteers were always right there to back you up, help you, and support you. The town I live in now has something similar, and several times over the last two years I've thought about picking up the phone and calling them.

What was your best Christmas ever, and why?

WildIrish
10-31-2003, 03:54 PM
1979 ~ we drove up from S.C. to my grandparents house where everybody congregated. All 8 aunts & uncles, all 23 grandchildren. It was a terrific memory of family. It all changes as you get older and it's a shame. But it's our chance to give our children the same memories.

kleclere

Here's a Schoolhouse Rock Web site a fan made: http://users.aol.com/MRandino/SHRockWWW.html

What was your favourite thing to do on Saturday mornings when you were a kid?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 08:49 AM
Watch Schoolhouse Rock commercials in between the cartoons, of course. (Steph, my sister bought me the anniversary DVD for Christmas last year...the kids were watching it this morning. I've now got "Figure 8" swimming through my brain!)

Which was your favorite, the Six Million Dollar Man, the Bionic Woman, the Incredible Hulk, Spiderman or the Greatest American Hero, and why?

paprclphd
11-04-2003, 09:37 AM
The Incredible Hulk - because I love men that turn green.

What is the most signifigant thing that someone has said to you and why did it mean so much?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 09:50 AM
I'm not sure if it was ever blatantly verbalized, but I was brought up in an environment in which my parents thought of me as the "smart one," and my sister the "pretty one." Academically, I'm sure it helped my self-esteem tremendously, but as an adult has led to some self-doubting as far as attractiveness, and it has led my sister to question her intellectual ability.

When did you realize you were an adult?

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 10:03 AM
When my father said "Son, I'm really proud of how you've turned out."

How old were you when you were first called "Sir" or "M'am"?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 10:04 AM
Probably in my early 20s, and it freaked me out. It still does. I'm not old enough to be called "Ma'am," you know.

What is the best (or worst) practical joke you've pulled on someone?

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 10:06 AM
The "Plastic Ball Crusher Distributor". I'll email it to you, cause it's a long story! We discussed it in chat. ha ha

Do you enjoy a good practical joke?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 10:09 AM
Sometimes. I haven't really been involved in many, though. Probably because people considered me adult-like even as a child. :)

What's the worst thing you ever did to a sibling?

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 11:08 AM
I boinked her best friend during a sleepover.

What event got you in to the most trouble as a child?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 11:15 AM
My stubborness. Being a Capricorn and a first-born, I bet you can't picture that. I'd even get to the point of being on the floor, kicking or screaming, that I wasn't going to do something. Most of the time it was put my shoes and/or socks on. :D

Talk about one time when you were totally embarassed.

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 11:27 AM
First ballroom dance lesson, when the instructor said "Ok, let's see what you got...pretend you have a partner and dance for me". I felt horrible. Nice approach to instructing someone with absolutely no self-esteem, huh?

What was your favorite scent as a child?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 11:29 AM
Honeysuckle. No doubt about it. We had neighbors who had a ton, and when my sister and I would play with their children, that's usually where we were found.

Have you ever broken any bones?

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 11:39 AM
Plenty of sprains but never a broken bone. I've been very lucky.

Have you ever been in an accident with your car?

paprclphd
11-04-2003, 11:42 AM

What is your favorite thing to do when you get off work?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 11:44 AM
Well, I usually play the games at Pixies and talk to a few of my favorite Pixies members. I also spend time with my children. Lately my six-year old has been reading to me.

Sugarsprinkles

Yes, I have a few. But I'll keep them private for now.

Have you ever had a fantasy fulfilled?

WildIrish
11-04-2003, 12:00 PM

IAKaraokeGirl

Have you told anyone about Pixies?

Steph
11-04-2003, 12:45 PM
Yes, my b/f knows and I've told some friends about it but haven't given anyone but my b/f the address :)

Name something you've learned from Pixies.

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 12:49 PM

Any pets? Names, descriptions, stories?

IAKaraokeGirl
11-04-2003, 01:13 PM
We have a dog named Hunter, a mostly Brittany Spaniel, who we adopted from an animal rescue organization. Unfortunately, Hunter is now an outside dog, having discovered after we got him early last year that all four of us are highly allergic to dogs.

I did have two cats. One I named Christine after Christine in Phantom of the Opera, one of my most favorite things in the whole world. She died of kidney disease about two years ago. Her counterpart, Tigger, ran off, never to be seen again.

I'm not sure exactly--can't put my finger on it. I could come up with some standardized answers, like a winning lottery ticket or something, but the thing I need to complete me is elusive. I'm hoping to find it someday.

Have you ever done something you totally regretted, and what was it?

denny

IAKaraokeGirl
11-05-2003, 09:41 AM

What do you think about when you go to sleep at night?

Steph

I've lived all over the world and so many places have really special appeal. My favorite place, I think, was back in the 50's when we lived in Baltimore. Loved Baltimore!

What's your favorite food?
