Had my colonoscopy yesterday. Two polyps found and both were removed. One was a little larger and they're going to run a biopsy, but, they felt it was likely to be benign. Sounds like pretty good news to me. :)

Then let's hope for continued good news.

When will you know. I go Tuesday for my virgin flight. Got sick and had to have a cat scan so this is follow up. I hope the doc will at least buy me dinner ;)

How many cats did they find?

dicksbro 10-16-2016 02:20 AM

Or, what did the cats find? I wonder how they train the cats to scan things like that?

Waiting for biopsies but did find out what has been causing my troubles.

We'll keep up the prayers and good wishes for you, Lilith! The Dr. that did my colonoscopy called yesterday. Again the two polyps were removed and there was "NO CANCER" at this time. The biopsy did reveal that the larger one had "pre-cancerous" indications but since it's been removed they don't expect more problems. He did suggest that in one year they'll do a follow-up colonoscopy just to make sure nothing unexpected is happening. Probably not a bad idea. Anyway, the important news is that there was no cancer and that the two "tumors" were removed successfully! I'll take that as a plus! :D
