DB -- Good ones, I think those I'd share with people I'm close to, not just anyone. And probably share the sorrows and worries less.

WI -- I tend to be squeamish and sharing some things, like toothbrush, wash cloth, would be one way. I'd use them and give them to who ever never to be returned.
