How many generally sleep in the nude?
 

I do except when it's just too chilly. Even then I sometimes try. :)

I don't. I have a pair of shorts I sleep in.

I did off and on when I was in Michigan, but I prefer jammies.

Always, even when I'm in a hotel or similar. The only time I'd wear anything, usually boxers, is if I'm staying somewhere with no en suite facility e.g. with friends, or really cheap hotel/motel.

Can't stand the feel of being restricted - part of the reason I slept so little when I was in hospital was due to the fact of having to wear shorts/t-shirt.

I always do. Unless there is snow on the ground...which in Texas is hardly ever.

I maybe sleep nude 3 nights a year, when it's really, really hot. But mostly, I can't...I need to wear at least a tank top to sleep or I can't regulate my temperature right all night, being either too hot or too cold, and I don't sleep. I think it's weird that sleeping nude is so problematic for me.

I sleep in a silk nightshirt as I have to have something on me at all times.

That might not be a bad idea for you though. Would keep the sheets clean. LOL

I don't sleep totally nude, I sleep bottomless......gotta' get some air down there !

I did for a very long time … but somehow in the last year or so, I've tended to leave at least my shorts on … or … on cooler winter nights … I've even used pajamas. Still like sleeping in the nude.

Sometimes, on and off. Suffer a lot from insomnia so whatever it takes to feel comfortable. If not nude then just boxers
