HAPPY VETERAN'S
DAY!

God bless all those that have served their countries with honor and fidelity.

They went with songs to the battle, they were young,
Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

OF that's beautiful !!

Bless all the families who have lost loved ones because of the wars that have raged throughout the years....and bless those that lost their lives because of them.

Teddy Bear, that's not mine. It's the Ode of Remembrance, a couple of verses taken from Laurence Binyon's poem, "For the Fallen".

The second verse is said nightly at our Returned Services League Clubs, and at War Memorials all over Oz on ANZAC and Remembrance Days.

Thank you to those that stood next to us and thank you to those that fell in front of us.
