Will somebody go see if it's still there
In the past 9 days, Indonesia has had 69 tremors with seven of them being over 6.0 on the Richter scale.:yikes: If you are planning a trip there, you may want to take paper cups and leave the Waterford at home.
God help those people.:wish: (The Richter magnitude scale, or more correctly local magnitude ML scale, assigns a single number to quantify the amount of seismic energy released by an earthquake. It is a base-10 logarithmic scale obtained by calculating the logarithm of the combined horizontal amplitude of the largest displacement from zero on a seismometer output. Measurements have no limits and can be either positive or negative. The energy released is also logarithmic, but the base is approximately 32. Thus a two unit increase on the Richter scale corresponds to over 900 times an increase in released energy.) |
Sad!!!
But I can't afford to go there. |

My people are from Waterford :irish: and we certainly wouldn't travel with our wares. It'd be like Mr. Lixy bringing his work on vacation. |

You'd be surprised @ how many calls he gets no matter where we go. This is such a scary/sad thing happening. Man-o-man the earth is mad...huh? |
YOu go see if it's still there, too dangerous for me.

Don't lizards have that sixth sense that keeps them safe from natural disasters?
|
Yeah, ad that sixth sense means avoiding Indonesia when the entire achipelago is trying to sink into the Pacific/Indian oceans.
