Can't go wrong with either but I'll go with ham simply because I usually just snack on pieces of the leftover turkey without bothering to make it into a sandwich.

Again ... can't go wrong with either ... but maybe roasted. We always do ours in a cooking bag and they stay soooooo moist and good for soooooo long. :)
