The noted paleontologist died on 18 December. There are few details, but this particular note is excerpted from social media in the academic and paleontological circles:
"... He used a multidisciplinary approach to understand dinosaurs and their world, and wrote about it in an entertaining manner....two books in particular:
A Vanished World,
An Odyssey In Time"

Haven't had the pleasure of reading either book, but may put them on my to-do list.
