When measuring your dick length are you to measure from the to or the bottom.

bottom, right from the very start of the base.

u must measure from the top because thats the part thats actually gonna go in. so u cant measure from the base of your penis which starts on the underside. simply put a ruller on top of your penis touching your pelvic bone and press in a little bit.
you are tryiing to see how big you really are now how big u want to be lol
