Lilith,
Was it "Das Rheingold" from the Met? |
Ummmm jseal I have no clue but it was allllllllll afternoon. I don't speak a lick of German but the music was beautiful and the voices spole to something inside me.

Lilith,
The text and the tone of your post tell me it was "Das Rheingold". Wagner may have been as warped and weird an artist as one might ever find, but he did compose some of the most kick-ass operas (although he hated them to be called opera) that have ever graced a stage. |
usually the radio is not on and the CD player is hard at work... but when it is on it would be country 92.5 WBEE.
|
I have radio buttons set to jazz and to classical as well ... which I enjoy both, but I usually like to be able to sing along and it's harder to do with those stations. :)

LMAO you should have seen me singing along today :D |
Depends on my mood...sometimes hard rock, sometimes 80s, sometimes classical (like on Sunday mornings or on my way home after a particularly tough day).

Mostly radio stations that play only Polka and Celtic traditional folk music....
just kidding. I listen to either commercial free 91.1 and lower on the FM dial or NPR or CPB stations. Occasionally the BBC or CBC if I can dial them in. For my musical pleasure...Alt Americana mostly, some Bluegrass/newgrass and World Stuff. The real question is "Why does most Radio Still Suck?" |
