upload profile pic? help!

How do I upload a profile picture? Help me out.... I obviously need it!

Go to "user cp"...
Then "Edit Options"...
Scroll to bottom of page...click "Change Avatar"
Scroll to bottom of page..."Browse" for the picture file you want (75x75)
Then click the "Yes" use custom avatar
"Submit modifcations"
