There is currently, according to my Dr. no solid evidence, that indicates which parts uterus, cervix, vagina, play the most crucial role in female orgasm. When he and I discussed sex he went on that most women have clittoral orgasm and therefore should not be affected by the surgery I was facing. I explained to him that I have gspot orgasms and many of them. He was impressed and suggested that the cervix may be important for women who experience internally stimulated orgasms so we decided despite some problems, it should stay.
