Well mine has a slight enhancement as I have a Prince Albert piercing. A ring that goes in the skin on the underside and comes out the urethra. It definitely enhances pleasure and is also a very good talking point in the pub and at parties.

In terms of size and shape he is about 7.5 inches long and about 2.5-3 inches diameter. I have always been told he is of a good size and my wife often say that he is toucking the top!
