Now that we've received confirmation that you're not the only one, let's look at how to breech the topic with your girlfriend.
Sometimes the direct approach works best.
How about showing her a toy and saying "The next time you give me oral, can you stick this up my ass?"  Hey...it worked for me! ha ha
