For pizza, I use the Pillsbury Thin Crust dough (bake it, smeared with fresh garlic and evoo), and then add toppings of my choice. But occasionally I'm too lazy for even this much work.

Toppings this week included tikka masala sauce, cheese, red pepper, serrano, chicken, and mushrooms. Not bad!
