Secret Identity: Mild Mannered Greenhouse keeper Bud Greenman

Superpower : shotgun breath: with one giant exhale, The Green Puff can confuse evil-doers, make them forget what they were doing, and get really hungry. Sometimes they even get giggly.

Weakness : tends to be demotivated, forgetful and often stops in the middle of a fight to get high. without his stash, he's powerless.

In college, Bud Greenman realized he had a special ability: to get those around him really, really stoned. None of his friends could concentrate long enough to go to class and all summarily failed. Relationship after relationship ended because Bud kept getting his girlfriends too high to remember his phone number. Bud's own dog even ate an entire bag of dogfood, two pounds of ground beef, and several of Bud's shoes one night in a fit of the munchies.

Once Bud realized he could put his powers to use for the greater good of humanity he thought that would be really cool, and like a good thing for the world, you know man?
