I personally like to make a noise, whether it's whispering sweet nothings in a ladies ear or a full blooded "YYYYYYEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!" on reaching the point of no return.

I once had a partner who didn't mind me vocalising but it had to be polite or respectful.
