Schools: Again you need to shop around to find one you want to send your kids to
Employment: If ya wanna work and aint fussy naturally you'll find something
Cost of Living: About on par...ya got ya dear areas and ya cheaper areas...same goes for shops/stores
Crime Rate: High....most ppl own BIG dogs
Large City
