I am in too! I like the chapter by chapter discussion idea too... Perhaps starting a blog (they are free) that would announce the book and when people can meet in a chat room to discuss what they have read?

The blog can be set up to allow discussion posts - that way if a person missed the chat room she/he can still comment...
