I have a few in my nightstand by my bed, but most of them are in a locked file cabinet in my bedroom. Mine haven't been found by anyone that I am aware of, but they've been heard. I used to keep a few in the storage area where normally a typewriter would fit in a big old metal office desk in my bedroom. One day my son came into my room to tell me something, when all of a sudden one of the vibrators started vibrating. It was really loud vibrating against the metal floor of the storage space. My son (a teenager) turned to me and said, "Mom, you better turn that thing off." I must have turned 10 shades of red.

Another time I had some in my bedroom closet. I was in another room when my teenage daughter came up to me and said that there was a really weird sound coming from my closet. After that I finally learned my lesson; I remove all batteries before I put a toy away.
