Need advice on anal. Been with girl for 2 years, had anal sex once every few weeks at first. She said it was ok, even seemed to like it a bit, at first, but needed to run to bathroom as soon as it was over. Now, she says it hurts like hell no matter how much lube, or how slow. She says it hurts too much to even get it in most of the time. When we can get it in, she says it's best to put it all in at once, slowly, with no foreplay or easing in and out. Also doesn't want to try it with her on top. Any advice on best positions, how often it could/should it be done, or attempted, and should enema be a must?

P.S. Tried desensitizing lube, she says it didn't help.
