Ok, since she says keep trying, sounds like maybe she likes the idea, just the deed itself hurts; I think the enema beforehand is a good idea, it can't be healthy to be pushing stuff up her gut, and it would decrease the need to run to the potty right away! Just my 2.75 cents worth (adjusted for inflation)
