just pull your prostate muscle back and hold it back for 5 seconds and release and do it again...after about 10-15 seconds you'll feel the blood from your cock flow backwards as you begin to shrink back to norm. That's what i do to control raging hard-ons (helps if you do kegal exercises) or picture richard simons..whatever works for you lol.
