For those of you who know me, you understand the conundrum in this. One of my most difficult resolutions is to say what I'm feeling.

I will remember that it's ok to put me first sometimes, because being a healthy and happy daddy/husband/man is important to those that love me too.

My one and only resolution in .......ooh, must be ten years..... is already five days old ~ to give up the Dreaded Weed.

It's now FIVE days since I had a cigarette.

OK! Here goes. I resolve to lose about a million pounds by eating sensibly and stepping my exercize back up to where I was about a year and a half ago. I'm hoping to get healthier and improve my sexual capacity. Don't all laugh at once. I really mean it!

#1 Get my C.D.L. D.L. renewed ( been out since 7-6-05 have tickets out ) to get back on the road

#2 Lose the 50lbs to get to my ideal weight ( lost 5lbs already)
