Territory Day, a self-government (when it suits Canberra) celebration is one of Australia's last hold-outs of citizen fireworks. Apparently the other 99% of Ozzians can't be trusted with things that go bang in the night. I went to the official fireworks before the grandkids and I had some explosively quality time.
As most of you know, fireworks are shitfull/horrible/difficult thing to photograph. I took about 160 pics, playing with the shutter/aperture stuff on my digital SLR. Of 165 pics, I got about 40 good ones. Here are a sample.
Any of you who play this game know how hard this can be sometimes.
