SAINT BERNARD -- A St. Bernard man is at the Hamilton County Justice Center after his sons called authorities on him. David Schmidt is charged with disseminating material harmful to minors.

Prosecutors said Schmidt, 36, gave his now-14- and 15-year-old sons pornography on three occasions since 2006. Police said the sons told authorities about the incidents recently, and Schmidt was arrested early Thursday morning.

Prosecutors also said Schmidt engaged in inappropriate sexual actions, though the current charges don't reflect such an incident. Schmidt is being held pending a bond hearing.
