Actually I just try to keep focused on what I'm doing, but push away what I'm feeling. It's hard to describe - you have to practice separating the two.

Mygawd...if only just once I could have that "problem." Seems like if someone won 10 million dollars and asked for ways to keep from spending any of it. Yes I suppose I am... feeling more freakish than special. The first one can come soooo fast but #2 takes forever, and is usually the last one. # 3 is fast and #4 forever again, when I have been so lucky to have them.
