As some of you know from an earlier thread I've started playing football after many years off. So far it has been enjoyable. The team I play on has had two games thus far and we are 1 and 1.

While I have been enjoying my time back on the field it has begun to take its toll. Here are a couple of pictures of my arms.

And as of last night during the game my left knee, is about the size of an orange, down from a grapefruit. I'd have a picture of it but I couldn't get it to come out right.

Wow! How come I never knew you had such yummy muscles?

Oops! I mean...Wow! Poor baby! They say white vinegar can help with the bruising. Soak some on a few cotton balls (I said balls..lol!) and let them lay on the bruise for an hour or so. It should reduce the blueness and speed up healing!

Or...ya want I should come over and do it for you? We could find something to do in the hour it takes to soak the bruises! *giggle*
