There's two movies called, Om Sara? Sorry. Good luck, that's the only one I found by looking under "Swedish Movies."

The movies listed on the link you had are called Sara (1993), Sarah (1997) & Thomas & Sarah (1979)

They aren't Om Sara, they must be the closest the site has to what was requested
