99.9% of the time, and I scream only in my mind. Sometimes I ask if I can bang my head against the nearest wall, or ask someone if they're prepared to clean up the mess after my brain explodes, but that's about it.

Yes I have.........hence, the reason I am having a bout with insomnia at the moment.

And hubby didn't hear me cause he was snoring......but I did one of those gutteral screams and took my pillow and headed for the sofa.
