I don't know how much of this is true,but my uncle in Conn., knows that I hate Bill Clinton & sent me this!If anyone wonders,

Firstly, I don't disagree with anyone's decision to avoid conscription.
Secondly, Bill Gates wasn't on the run. bin Laden was, and is. It's a lot easier to act against someone who isn't moving. Bill Gates didn't need to be 'chased down' in any sense, and so I'm not sure why that terminology was used, perhaps to try and draw a parallel between the two cases that doesn't really exist.
Thirdly, while Clinton's failure to find the aforementioned terrorists is definitely food for thought, he's certainly not the only one with deficiencies of this kind.
