"Meet the Beatles" (1st US) was based on the 2nd UK LP, with the one GH song included, and it would be nearly 2 yrs before he got another song in (Help!). We Beatles fanatics are entitled to be picky! I don't mean to disparage George's early writing, it just takes a while to learn the craft, and John/Paul got a big head start... his work on "Abbey Road" proved he could stand up with the best that LenMac could produce... and I think we've successfully hijacked this thread LOL
