A little of this and that. Mostly as of late, it's been Pepsi and milk. I need to get back to drinking water in place of Pepsi.

Well, I hate coffee and never drink the stuff. I used to drink Coke all the time, but have switched to Fresca, which I'm not addicted to. Cold, cold water is the best for quenching thirst.

I drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee, switch to water and will have milk somedays. My big addiction was and is Pepsi but I am really trying not to give in to the urge.

milk milk MILK! i love milk... probably have 3 glasses a day, no joke. more if i'm at home. along with water and lemonade and slightly sweetened iced tea!
