I was in a similar situation Steph.. Hot guys next door... 3-way possibilities... Er , Wait a minute, I mean, uh... What I meant to say was there was a woman in my apt complex that I played with for awhile. She wasn't right next to me, but close enough that when the 'just sex' started becoming more to her than that (and the feeling wasn't mutual) that it got real uncomfortable just coming home from work. It sounds like you have an opportunity for a great time, but the propensity for a disastrous situation looms. Your situation isn't guaranteed to become like mine though, so play it by a cautious ear.
