I have mapped out a timeline for Christmas dinner and I think I might need to move it to Excel for a more thorough assurance that my dishes will all come out on time.

A hard core Christmas dinner?
Is that like have some nuts on the table; or, having something firm to stir the dishes; or a rigid schedule for the dishes baking?
