My g/f and I just started the long arduous process of buying our first house. We met with the bank to find out how much house we can afford. Next week he's supposed to give us some more accurate numbers than he gave us today so we can go to a real estate agent and start seriously looking.

Thanks, I think we're going to need it. Unfortunately it seems that right now it's a seller's market, but there is some good news. I qualify for two different programs that allow for 100% financing.
