Am i the only one having trouble accessing the chat through mIRC?

Stupid thing *L* I finally get my puter back online after struggling with the connection for bloody hours, and now i cant get into chat

I thought it might be just me, and my puter that couldnt get in!

Can you believe, i FINALLY get into chat. I've just typed a reply and blah, nothing, fucking power went out, and has just 5minutes ago came back...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
