I never realized there were so many different benefits of eating bananas. My grandfather always praised their high potassium levels, and recommended them for headaches.

I enjoy shakes made with one banana, 1 cup of milk and one raw egg. It makes my coat shiny. :lust:

They're also good for drawing funny looks when you eat them in the car.
