Hey,
My g/f and I were foolin' around in her dorm the other day. not exactly sure what it means but i've had the occur numerous times and i've a kid. i've asked my doc about it and was told not to worry about it.

Hornyteen, it's cos of the cremasteric reflex, due to the (you guessed it!) cremasteric muscle. Regulates temperature (like Steve said) and also moves the balls up when you are scared, cumming, etc.
