SUGGESTION:If you haven't already,start an exercise program,& stick with it!
I'm diabetic & my sugars went WAY up,when I'm in Fla,because of less to do.
I own (approx) an acre of land in NH & there is always something,that needs
doing.I bought the lowest priced Bowflex(I have one in NH) & some handwieghts.I workout nightly & my sugars have dropped significantly plus
you look ALOT younger! Irish

what he said...I've got elevated glucose levels and I'm having to take a Glucophage tablet to help control it...exercise & plenty of WATER help alot too!

I would love less stress over my health and finances.
A couple fewer gray hairs would be ok too.
