THE CHANGING SEASON
(Not really erotic, but just a thought and wish for Pixies everywhere)

The wind and chill of fall are with us,
The mornings brisk with frost or dew.
The mornings also dark with a later sun
To take the chill from me and you.

Flannel shirts and jackets are the dress code for the day,
Least til’ the warming sun lifts the chill from the air.
I like the freshness and the invigorating cold,
But also the warmth and skies turned fair.

I hate to see the summer pass, and fall near halfway through,
Cuz’ next comes winter’s cold and frost … and even ice and snow.
But winter has it’s own rewards, so many holidays to enjoy,
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and a New Year … usually a happy show.

That’s the part, especially nice, and the part I so love … I do.
Time for family growth, to hug and hold SO or spouse.
Warmth, music and love to share,
Right here in our own house.
