Throughout the day, what is your prefered beverage of choice?

Me, personally I would prefer to drink just water. However, the only water that is refreshing enough to be worth the "blandness" is ice cold bottled water. Even that gets very old very quick. So I usually end up going with koolaid, flavored sugar water basically. I used to drink sodas but found that too many sodas usually meant at least a chance of a UTI, which totally SUCK!!

So anyway, what do you drink?

coffee when the wife has a pot going, which is most of the time, when that runs out I pour a coke over ice...used to drink coke all the time till my blood sugar became an issue...

1/2 cup coffee topped off with water in the AM...water all day at work, along with hot tea this time of year (preferably Earl or Lady Grey...or raspberry flavored)...or on a summer day, iced tea-no sugar!

Weekends...beer or spiced rum and diet/caffein free Coke. But I'm bored with both of those...*sigh*

I drink @ 10 x 8 oz glasses of water a day -- my minimum.

Typically I drink a cup or two of coffee and/or tea (with milk and sweetner) in the morning. I drink 1-2 diet sodas (recently I am on a Diet Cherry Coke kick) throughout the day.

I enjoy iced tea with sweetener (Equal only, please), and I like the occasional (dark) beer or glass of (heavy) red wine. I also like a very occasional single malt scotch -- neat please.

I drink a flavored sparkling water (no sugar, no sodium and no caffeine) most of the time ... my favorite flavor is black cherry or key lime ... or I drink regular bottled water (tap water here is so chlorinated that it tastes awful even if you filter it) or occasionally I'll have a lemonade or diet 7-up/Sprite type drink.

On new years eve I had my first Mudslide ever.
