do any of those pumps, pills, etc ever work? if so, lead me on the way to finding my missing inches..

some of the pumps seem to work in conjunction with

a cockring, but like any tourniquet it'll go black if you're not

damn quick in getting it off( pun intended).

Forget the pills.

work on improving your technique.

7" is upper average.
