Since no one replied to my first message about this problem on my other post I thought I'll try my luck and ask again. You never know, people may take some notice this time.

Hey Peeps,

Just wondering if you can help; What is Livechat? What does it do and how do I work it? I have tried it a couple of times but it doesn't seem to work, it just says I can not connect, is this because there is a problem with the server, my computer or do i simply not have enough buddies to use this feature?

Help would be much apprecited,

That was a message you may have received over the past couple of weeks while we changed to a new server. Hopefully you can connect now. This server is slower connecting because it is more secure than the one we were previously on. So it takes a bit to get connected.

If you continue to get that message after trying all the things Sharni suggested please drop me a PM.
