Do you ever have such vivid, realistic, or bizarre dreams that when you wake up you are sure you have gone insane?
or is it just me??????again
come lie on Dr. Lilith's couch and let her analyze those troubling dreams

I know I am insane, and it is my dreams that release me from it, its real life I cannot handle.

Fortunately, I've never suffered through that, but I usually only vaguely remember my dreams. That can also be a curse, because I can't vividly remember my hot sex dreams. (The ones with Lilith on her knees and...) But, I digress...
Oh well, I guess it's an individual thing...

Seems I have rather out of the ordinary dreams that I can wake from and go back to sleep and pick up where I left off. I did this best when I wore "The Patch" to quit smoking a few years back. BTW......I am gonna quit again soon but I hate to not do well at something and I stink at quitting so I quit quitting for a while.....LOL! But I digress........
Ahem!
Anyway.......especially on the patch...I have very colorful dreams and they actually make sense (beginning, middle and end) and if for some reason I am wakened in the middle of them....I can return to the exact spot I left off if it isn't over 5 minutes before I can fall asleep again.
Also, my mother died in 1982........and the only dreams I have ever had about her were total nightmares! Three dreams in all.....in all these years......and they were gruesome and scary and I woke from them crying and I couldn't shake the morbid saddness for days!
And this is something interesting.........my dad died in 1997 and I have NEVER EVER had one single dream with him in it at any time in my entire life! I find that really, really odd! Just for the mere fact that I have had recent dreams of a person I went to elementary school with and haven't seen since then.....and yet.....not one single itty, bitty dream of my dad!
May I take the couch now???????

Yeah, sometimes they are that real for me. Had one the other night...my boss was firing me. I fear failure so much that I woke up with my heart pounding and feeling panicked. Had to get up and go watch some TV to calm down...took a while!
