I had veggie burgers & salad. It sucked because I made it myself. I forget how to cook!

I'm fixing a tortilla-lime-chili pepper encrusted catfish, some mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Maybe some red wine too, to celebrate

I had a winter meal -- roast chicken with carrots, green beans, potatoes, roasted onions & gravy & dude is now making guac. Ah fatty, why do you gain?

i fixed baked lemon-pepper chicken, corn, tomatos and okra, and instant mashed potatos. Dessert was somewhat homade apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. yum yum
