Vaginal physically feels better, but anal is a bigger mind trip. And since anal is experienced less frequently I enjoy it more when it happens. As fore your question, for all out feeling, I would have to say that neither compares to a really great blow job. The sensations that a woman can create with her mouth is out if this world. I was at work today thinking about how I'd love some anal action but I think more about oral and mutual as well as vaginal.

I love both but wouldn't want anal as frequently as vaginal. My fiance does prefer anal, which at times make me feel bad that he does. His preference order is anal, BJ, and then vaginal. I know that he isn't gay or bi even, but it makes me wonder if it makes any difference at all that I have what I have in the front.
