Took a road trip up north on the weekend. Went to Bliss Fest.
Daughter is happy she got to go somewhere even if it was for a day.

I started work today!!!!!!!!  Lots of troweling and shoveling. Ahhhhhhhh it's nice to be back in the field.
I need to bottle my wine tonight. I've got everything ready.
I'm trying to decide if I am too tired to cook or not.

1) My project, which I've worked 9 months on, will apparently fall short of the benefits that it could have provided had all of the recommendations been acted upon. Gerrr!
2) I treated myself and the family to a yummy middle eastern dinner to wash away the disappointment from #1.
3) "Tomorrow's a new day", I'm telling myself.

1) I'm sick of having insomnia (it's bad enogh that I have at leat 1-2 nights a week where I get no restful sleep at all, and have a real hard time falling asleep the rest of the week)
2) I'm sick of being depressed all the time
3) I'm sick of being in constant pain (pretty much have been in constant pain since my disc herniated back in 2002)
Unfortunately, I think all three things are inter-related and I can't do much about any of them until I can either get a lot of money to cover doctor bills and prescriptions, or until I can get some sort of insurance to help cover the costs

((hugs)) shadowsfate. I know this is a bizarre suggestion but try 3-4 flax seed capsules about an hour before bed. Changed my life.

hmm, I'll have to see if I can find that around my area (and if I can afford it, money being extremely tight right now). I also had a friend that suggested St. John's Wort too, or even Benedryll and Tylenol before bed.

Listen to Lil. She helped me with my insomnia by suggesting I soak my pillow in ether every night.

Flax is cheaper and will help with several of your issues. I have fibromyalgia so sleep and pain are my issues as well. |
