I made chicken breast dredged in paprika and flour and fried in a little EVOO and fresh garlic, asparagus with a mustard-honey sauce, and mushroom risotto last night.

Crock potting here too! Beef roast in onion/garlic sauce, will add sliced mushrooms about 1/2 hour prior to completion and parsley roasted new potatoes & carrots from the oven with crusty homemade rolls.. I am soooooo hungry!
